Current characters: Bilbo, Thorin, Balin, Bofur and Dori!
You need to install java 8 (java 15 for Linux; check the instruction link on the right) if you don't have it on your PC/laptop.
Extract file from archive.
Click on Shimeji-ee.jar to run the program. Check this video with shortcut trick explanation if shimeji doesn't work.
Check settings (by clicking on acorn icon) to tweak it to your comfortability.
You can return windows that were thrown away by shimeji by clicking on 'Restore Windows' in the settings.
Please, consider to not keep shimejis on while you work on something important on your pc/laptop!
You can use my files (tweaked original files from kilkakon shimeji website that shares code and tutorials) to make your own shimeji project. And kilkakon discord server (link is on the bottom part of website) is very helpful. Good luck!
I can't add my files to Shimeji Directory (browser extension) because I changed code+frames for animations to work properly. But I will look what I can do after I finish all the characters.

Finish all the dwarves from Thorin's Company (the next will be Oin and Bombur, then Gloin, Dwalin, Bifur, Nori, and then Ori, Kili, Fili)
Make versions of Bilbo and Thorin to upload to Shimeji Directiory (browser extension)?
Make additional actions ('dance' and 'act on desktop')
Make Gandalf and Tauriel shimejis
Make Gimli and Legolas shimejis
Make Fellowship shimejis (considering to make a foundraising for this though; it takes a lot of time to make these and I just wanted the dwarves)
Tech/Software used: Intuos CTH-690 Pen and Touch, Clip Studio Paint EX (for animations/frames), FL Studio (for sounds), Notepad++ (for xml codes edit)
